BIOGRAPHY
Elizabeth Turk
Elizabeth Turk is an artist who teaches photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. Her work is in the collections of the High Museum of Art, the Polaroid Corporate Collection, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia and the Lamar Dodd Art Center. In 2005 her photographs were exhibited in Artist/Educator: Making a Mark, at the Kathleen Ewing Gallery in Washington, DC. She recently co-authored a book with writer William P. Baldwin, Mantle Pieces of the Old South: Lost Architecture and Southern Culture (The History Press, 2005).
