2001 Exhibition Schedule

Unless noted otherwise, openings are the first day of the show (typically a Friday) from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Most shows close on a Friday. Please see the Call for Entries section for entry forms and information on juried shows.

Southern Exposure

Five photographers selected by Mary Virginia Swanson.

The Push Pin Show

February 16 – March 2, 2001
All photographers were invited to bring un-matted prints to the gallery. Prints are attached to the wall with push pins. Small entry fee charged. Members and those who join opening night enter and post for free.

The Photographer's Choice (First Annual Members Show)

March 16 – April 21, 2001
Over 50 Atlanta Photographers represented. Open to all members of Atlanta Photography Group.

Georgia Photographers

May 4 – June 8, 2001
Five Georgia photographers selected by Mary Anne Redding. Georgia photographers submitted 10 to 20 slides from a single body of work.

2001 Alternative Process Show

June 22 – July 27, 2001
Alternative photographic processes show juried by Bill Lowe of The Lowe Gallery. Submit 10 un-mounted prints or slides. Group show.

The Emerging Visions Show

August 10 – September 14, 2001
Open to recent graduates of photography in the last 5 years. Group show. John McWilliams juries.

Fay Gold Selects

October 5 – November 9, 2001
Fay Gold selected only one or two prints from each of 45 photographers for exhibition in this biennial show.
