Partnership with National Center for Civil and Human Rights for MLK Anniversary

APG is proud to announce an upcoming partnership and event with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s and reflect on the role of visual culture and photography in past, present, and future of civil rights history in America. This discussion will feature an artist talk by nationally acclaimed activist and photographer, Joshua Rashaad McFadden, and a panel discussion with Gregory Harris, Curator of Photography at the High Museum of Art, and Pastor Ralph B. Watkins of Wheat Street Baptist Church. Event is planned for Tuesday, March 20. More details to come.
