APG presents Director’s Cut, a group exhibition of photography that varies widely in technique and content, but share cinematic sensibilities. In the motion picture industry, there is an old adage: Show, don’t tell. The 29 artists in this exhibition clearly have a story to tell but ultimately leave the viewer to imagine and speculate; posing questions rather than revealing answers.

The exhibition will run from August 26th to October 3rd is an official event of Atlanta Celebrates Photography. The reception will be on Friday, September 25th, 7:30 -9:30 pm. Curator Beth Lilly gives a talk at the gallery the following day, Saturday September 26 from 2-3pm.
