APG is proud to present the 2017 Student Prize, a major new initiative to support the work of young photographic artists in Georgia. Judges Annette Cone-Skelton (MOCAGA), Daniel Fuller (ACAC) and Gregory Harris (High Museum of Art) selected two winners from sixteen nominated students for solo shows in our main gallery: Infinite Tenderness by Peyton Fulford (Columbus State University) and The Feeling of Being OK by Ben Lee (Georgia State University).

Concurrently, in the Ted & Gloria Maloof Gallery, APG presents Mark Caceres' 72 Hours.  Caceres explores the current political and social polarization of the USA by focusing on a 72 hour period in Washington, D.C. from January 19, 2017, the day prior to the inauguration of Donald Trump, to January 21, the day of the Women’s March on Washington.

This exhibition is supported by APG sponsors Digital Arts Studio and Digital Picture.
